Mr. Alexander Chen is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Additron Technologies Inc. Mr. Alexander Chen was elected as Chairman of the Board in May 2002 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since January 1999 He founded the Company in 1997 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Alexander Chen began his career with Mobil Oil Corporation in 1962. He is a graduate of the Colorado School of Mines with a Professional Degree in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering.
Dr. Zhong Li joined Additron Technologies in 1997 as a Senior Engineer and is experienced in macroeconomic and enterprise management in the coal industry in China. He graduated from Fuxin College of Mining and Technology in Liaoning Province with a bachelor’s degree in 1975 and received a master’s degree from Tongji University in 1992. Dr Zhong Li has over 20 years of enterprise management experience in the coal industry in China
Mr. Peter Stateman joined Additron Technologies Inc. in 1999 and was named a director of Additron Technologies Inc. in November 2003. Mr. Peter Stateman holds a bachelor’s degree in geological engineering. He began his career in the energy industry in 1967 as a production and reservoir engineer. He served in various engineering and management positions like; production, corporate strategic planning, human resources and corporate services.
Mr. Douglas Kinsley has over 25 years of oil and gas industry experience and joined Additron Technologies Inc. in 2000 as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Additron Technologies Inc., he held senior financial and accounting positions at Mobil Oil Corporation.
Mr. Douglas Kinsley graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Mr. Douglas Kinsley is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelors degree in Chinese Law.
